Naturopathy can work alongside conventional medicine and independently to help manage chronic illness, acute conditions, and improve general well-being.

It does require a commitment from you, as the treatment plan will require you to implement changes and/additions specific to your needs in regards to lifestyle, nutrition, and supplements to achieve improved health and well - being. Kirsten provides ongoing support and education through consultations and various resource material. It is not a quick fix and can take time however, the information you will take away will provide you with tools to last a lifetime.

Telehealth Consults

Telehealth consults provide a secure online platform for you to begin or continue with your treatment plan when you're unable to attend a consult, feeling unwell, would prefer to be at home, or are self-isolating. Prescribed supplements can be delivered to your door via an online script.

Initial Naturopathic Telehealth Consult - $170.00

The initial consult runs for 60 minutes and involves an in depth case taking of presenting symptoms, health background, family history, diet, and lifestyle habits. This information is then used to create a treatment plan which includes: nutritional advice, lifestyle education, nutritional supplements and/or herbal medicine as needed to best suit your needs and requirements. You will receive a link to your consult in your confirmation and reminder email. *Please note supplements and herbal medicine are not included in the consult price. Supplements and herbal medicine can be delivered to your door where necessary.

Follow-up Naturopathic Telehealth Consult - $110.00

Ongoing Follow-up Consults run for 45 minutes and continue to assess progression of your health and adjust the treatment plan accordingly. You will receive a link to your consult in your confirmation and reminder email. Please note an initial consult is necessary before a follow-up consult can be made and supplements and herbal medicine are not included in the consult fee. Supplements and herbal medicine can be delivered to your door where necessary.

Ongoing Follow-up Naturopathic Telehealth Consult - $85.00

Ongoing follow-up consults run for 30 minutes and are available once listed on your treatment plan. This may occur after at least 2 or more follow consults (45 minutes), as it relies on how you're responding to your treatment plan and the time that is needed to be spent with you. The consult continues physical examination and ongoing health assessment to assess the effectiveness of the treatment plan through the progression of your health and adjustments to the treatment plan are made accordingly. This consult is also useful if you are experiencing acute symptoms such as a viral/bacterial infection so that treatment can be prescribed to support you through this. If you would prefer a longer consult you can still select the 45 minute follow-up naturopathic consult. *Please note an initial consult and follow-up consults are necessary and it needs to be listed as part of your treatment plan, before an ongoing follow-up consult can be made. Supplements and herbal medicine are not included in the consult fee. Supplements and herbal medicine can be delivered to your door where necessary.

Directions

Erskineville Clinic (moved from Dr Earth Newtown, 5th of July 22) - my clinic room is called the loft and is part of Union Street Wellbeing, located at 175a Union Street. To enter go towards the end of Iredale street (corner of Union st), where you will come to a wooden gate - put your hand through and unlatch. You will enter the garden, continue up the stairs to the waiting room and kitchen - toilets are up the stairs and to your left. If you're a little early feel free to make yourself a cup of tea (all provided free of charge), and enjoy the garden.

Health Rebates

Unfortunately from the 1st of April 2019, the government decided that Naturopathy was no longer eligible for health rebates. As a profession we are continuing to fight to have them reinstated.
